Our Rights Respecting Schools Steering Group was formed this year with a group of children represented from each stage and class. The children are met with regularly to drive decisions about the school forward. Their voices are pertinent to the fair running of our school.
Below you can see the roles that are expected of some of our children who are in the Rights Respecting Schools Steering Group (formerly known as the Pupil Council).
Additionally, as can be seen below, our children hold formal meetings that are recorded and actioned. Children understand their separate roles for motioning for change within our school. Pupil voice is paramount to our practice.
